With a roofing system needed on a building with a height of 120’ in a congested city atmosphere, French Street proved an interesting installation for Hygrade Insulators. Roofers would contend with high wind uplifts and many penetrations through the field of the roof. The solution was to install a fully adhered EPDM roofing system with FM rated fastening patterns at the perimeter, field, and corners. Strict safety standards and close communication with other trades made this project a success.

The NJ School Development Authority, provided a state of the art school to supply additional classroom space required and help promote education. A quality, long lasting roof, was installed by Hygrade Insulators.
