• Severe leaks in roofing and metal gutters
• Sheet roofing system had failed on numerous schools
• Portions of the roof deck in need of repair

• Remove sheet roofing and wet insulation
• Remove and replace roof decking as required
• Replace perimeter wood blocking and gravel stops
• Installation of new Bayer/GE Polyurethane Roofing System
