Mark Erney
Mark joined Hygrade in 2017 and oversees daily on-site operations, safety, subcontractor coordination, deliveries, staging, and quality assurance.
Barbara Klein-Moyer
Barb has served Hygrade as its Business Administrator since 2016. Barb is responsible for contracts, accounts receivable and payable.
Bob Nickol
Bob has served as Hygrade’s project manager coordinating schedules, inspections, testing, material procurement, and overall customer experience since 2023. Bob has 35+ years of experience in the industry.
Randy Curtis
Randy started at Hygrade in 2018. She specializes in estimating our IMP projects and oversees the coordination of each job.
Nicole Piccione Bigg
Nicole joined Hygrade in 2026 to aid with compliance management and to shape internal processes, communication, and marketing strategy.
